Q. What is the booking procedure for an unaccompanied minor?
Each airline has their own rules, procedures and policies with respect to acceptance of unaccompanied children. Kindly contact the airline directly for booking a flight for an unaccompanied minor.

Q. How can I make changes to my existing booking?
To make changes to your existing booking contact the airline/s directly or call our customer support and we will be happy to assist you. A penalty will be imposed and a small fee will be charged as per the norms of the airline (fees vary for different airlines). Not all tickets are changeable.

Q. How can I cancel my confirmed booking?
For cancellation contact the airline/s directly or call our customer support. All bookings have to be canceled 24 hours prior to the journey or else no show will be considered and your ticket will be suspended.

Q. How can I get a refund for my ticket/s?
Most of our tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. However refunds and rebates depend on refund policies of airlines. Airlines that allow refund or exchange may charge a penalty fee for the service. Penalty fees are subjected to airline rules and fare policy. For any assistance call our customer support.

Q. What can be done if I miss my flight?
No show will be considered and your ticket will be suspended. A suspended ticket holds no value and we are not capable of recovering a suspended ticket.

No, all bookings are non-transferable and name changes are not permitted.

You should contact your bank immediately.

Q. What is the price guarantee?
Prices or Airfares are not guaranteed and subject to change without prior notice. Price guarantee is only applicable when a booking is confirmed and charged.

We are unable to add additional passengers once your reservation has been processed. You will need to book a new reservation for additional passengers.
