Cancellation and Refund
Most of our travel and related products like airline tickets, pre-paid car rentals, hotels and vacation packages are non-refundable is they are not canceled within 24 hours of booking. You may begin your cancellation process by calling us on our customer services number. Once your formal request is admitted, we would process your application for your qualification of refund money. This requires your application to meet the necessary requirement which are mentioned below:
- You refund application would be accepted if your booked ticket provides for cancellation and refunds;
- Your ticket has not fallen under a "no show"; and
- Your ticket has been canceled at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled departure.
We cannot commit on a specified time as to how long the entire refund process may complete and when would the funds show up in your account. However, you can always reach our customer services agents to inquire about the progress of your refund process.
Once we receive a formal request from your end for the refund process to be initiated, an acknowledgment mail would be shared with you to notify that your request would be duly forwarded to the concerned authority. This acknowledgment doesn’t tantamount to qualification of your refund request.
In normal cases, the refund process starts within 4 working days after the formal request has been acknowledged. Further, we would also recommend you to contact your airliner for the necessary information regarding the same.
The service fees that is charged along with flight bookings is non-refundable in nature. It must be clarified here that the suppliers, or the airline operator, would the party initiating and subsequently releasing your refund money. And if your particular case attracts any penalty charges, than this sum would be accordingly deducted from the refund amount.
Further, the refund fee that is charged for processing your refund application is changed on case-to-case basis and would be assessed by the authorized service provider (here, airline operator) in the light of underlying rules for the same.
With regards to the mode of refund, the sum would be transferred to the same account through which the fares were paid at the time of flight bookings. You may always feel free to reach our customer services operators to receive timely updates for the refund of your flight bookings.
